CHILDREN'S WORSHIP
Children's Worship is for children ages 2 - 5 years old. The children are excused from the morning worship service when announced, usually during the offering and assemble in the Fellowship Room downstairs. Please bring your child downstairs to register and check them into Children's Worship. Parents can pick up their child in the same room downstairs after the service.
In the summer there is often no Children's Worship offered, but a Wiggle room (located across from the Nursery) instead if you feel the need to leave the sanctuary and seek a place for you and your child.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School classes are offered for young people grades Kindergarten-12. The purpose of Sunday School is to train our children in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Classes meet on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. and run from September (after Labor Day) through April, with occasional breaks that follow the local Christian school calendar. You can check the schedule on the events page. All grades will meet directly in their rooms downstairs. Please pick up your child at 9:45 AM from their classrooms.

GEMS: Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior
GEMS welcome all girls from 2nd through 8th grade to join in a meeting. Our focus is to help girls and their families have a saving and dynamic relationship with their Savior, Jesus Christ. We learn about the Lord and we have a great time doing it!
GEMS meetings typically consist of a worship time followed by either a Bible lesson, badge work and/or a craft. All girls are invited regardless of church affiliation.
Girls in grades 4 - 8 meets Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. from October through April. This ministry is to bring girls into a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
For girls in grades 2-3 Awareness GEMS meet every Wednesday at 3:30-5:00 p.m. October through April. This ministry is geared for the younger girl to bring her into a living relationship with Jesus.

The GEMS kickoff for all grades (2-8) will be Wednesday, September 25 from after school (anytime after 3:30) until 5:30. At that point families are invited to join us for dinner. The next week (October 2) we will begin regular meetings of grades 2-3 in the afternoon from 3:30-5:00 and grades 4-8 in the evening from 7-8:30. We are excited to explore the theme Transformed based on Romans 12:2. Please feel free to invite girls you know to join us this year!
We are also still in need of a few counselors/Jr. counselors, please consider serving in this way.

CADETS
Boys in grades 3rd - 8th are invited to meet Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. at the Cadet Building located at the end of the parking lot (past the houses). Meetings are from October through April. This is a Christian mentoring program where men bring Christ to boys and boys to Christ through Bible Study, handcrafts, and outdoor activities. LITTLE LAMBS
Little Lambs is offered during Coffee Break Bible Study for children not in school This is a weekly program of singing, Bible stories, and crafts for ages 3 - Kindergarten which meets on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. (Oct. - Apr.) at Manhattan Christian Reformed Church (Same time and place as Coffee Break—see Adult Ministries.) 2024 Coffee Break will begin October 8! This is a time of fellowship and bible study for women of all ages. We meet at the Manhattan CRC fellowship hall on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 am. Nursery is provided along with Story Hour for preschool aged children. Please consider joining us! We will begin the year by studying Colossians.
