Welcome, Thanks for Visiting!
Here are a few things you might like to know before you stop by for a visit.
If you're new to Bethel, we would love to get to know you better. If you'd like to know more information about our church feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To further understand who we are, visit the What We Believe section.
Our lead Pastor is Steve Bussis and we have a visitation Pastor Gil Kamps. Either of them would be happy to answer any questions you might have about our church.
Everyone is welcome to be a part of our Church family. Our community is made up of people of all ages and we seek to be a place where everyone belongs.
Bethel offers Sunday School on Sunday mornings at 9 AM. (Sept. - April for K-12th grade) Adult classes meet year round in the Meeting Room upstairs.
There is also an adult choir during starting at 8:45 AM which meets downstairs.
*These Sunday School classes and choir do take a break on occasion, usually when the local Christian school is on a break. You can check our Events calendar for current information.
Worship: Central to our community as a Church family is our worship. In worship we meet with God as we speak to Him in song, prayer and listen to Him speak through His word, the Bible. Bethel has a more traditional style of worship with a mixture of newer songs and older hymns. Our services are deeply rooted in the Gospel of Gods truth. We would love for you to join us for worship at Bethel on Sunday's at 10 AM and 6 PM.
Live stream is available for all services. You can watch by clicking on the Media tab and clicking Play.
You can listen online to sermons by Pastor Steve Bussis or even view a video of an entire service. Links can be found under Services.
Fellowship: After our morning services, we invite you to stay and join us in our Fellowship Hall for a time of getting to know each other.
For the Kids
Sunday School is offered to kids in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade (Sept-April). These classes meet downstairs and kids can be picked up in their rooms at 9:45 AM.
During our Sunday morning worship services Nursery is provided for children from birth to age 2. Children's Worship is dismissed before the sermon during the morning service for children ages 3-5. Check the bulletin for more details. In the summer there is often no Children's Worship offered, but a Wiggle room (located across from the Nursery) instead if you feel the need to leave the sanctuary and seek a place for you and your child.
Occasionally, we will worship along with our friends at Manhattan Christian Reformed Church and meet in their location. Manhattan CRC is located just down the road to the east in the white church. There are usually signs on Bethel's door if it is a combined service.
